1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment confirmation. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately upon purchase, and a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order has been dispatched from our fulfillment center.

2. Shipping Timelines & Delivery Estimates
Upon dispatch, the estimated delivery time for your order is 6 to 12 business days. Please note:

  • Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

  • This is an estimated timeframe provided by our logistics partners and is not a guaranteed delivery date.

  • Delivery times may occasionally be impacted by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to customs clearance procedures, weather events, or carrier delays.

3. Shipping Destinations
We currently offer shipping to a wide range of international destinations. Shipping fees and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on your location. Some remote or restricted areas may not be serviceable, which will be indicated during the checkout process.

4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your package’s journey. You can also log into your account on our website to view the status of your order and tracking details.

5. International Orders & Customs
For orders shipped outside of our origin country, please be advised:

  • Customs & Import Duties: The recipient is solely responsible for any and all customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, or brokerage fees levied by the destination country. These charges are determined by local governments and are not collected or controlled by kiplinghub.

  • Accurate Information: It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address. kiplinghub is not responsible for orders lost or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided.

6. Shipping Delays & Lost Packages
While we make every effort to ensure your order arrives within the estimated timeframe, we cannot be held liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or customs processing.

  • If your tracking information shows no movement for an extended period (e.g., over 15 business days), please contact us at support@kiplinghub.com.

  • We will work with the shipping carrier to initiate a trace on the package. If the package is deemed lost, we will assist you with filing a claim or arranging for a replacement or refund at our discretion.

7. Receiving Your Order
Please inspect your package upon delivery. If the packaging appears severely damaged, you have the right to refuse the delivery or note the damage with the carrier. For missing, incorrect, or damaged items, please refer to our Refund Policy and contact us within 7 days of delivery.
